Education is considered a right for all the children in the world since 1989 (signing of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child). We consider it our duty to prepare, as best we can, our little residents for their future compulsory primary education.
Thanks to our internal training plan and to various sponsors, we have established pre-school education classes in Oasis centre. We now have 4 pre-school teachers trained by ATFALE (Alliance de Travail dans la Formation et l Action pour l ‘Enfance ); each one takes care of a class:
- Very small section
- Small section
- Middle section
- Big ( kindergarten ) section
During their time in class, our little ones discover letters and numbers, problem solving and even french; in short, the pre-requisites for primary school learning!
Religious education is simultaneously offered to the children by a koranic teacher. All celebrations( Achoura , Aid…) are placed in a religious perspective.
